We’re taking limited Super Bowl preorders for brisket, pork, ribs, wings, sides, biscuits, and sauce. Once we hit our production cap, preorders close.

Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (we close at 3)

How Preorders Work

  • Custom orders only — build what your crew actually wants

  • Pickup only (no delivery)

  • Preorders close the Sunday before the Super Bowl or sooner if we sell out

  • No Instagram DM orders — in person, phone, submissions form or online only

Smoked Meats

(All meats and sauces are gluten-free)

  • Brisket – by the half pound/full pound

  • Pulled Pork – by the half pound/full pound

  • Pork Belly Burnt Ends – by cup/pint

  • Ribs – half rack or full rack

  • Wings – half dozen or full dozen

Sides

Available by cup or pint

  • Mac & Cheese

  • Collard Greens

  • Baked Beans

  • 3 Bean Salad

  • Cole Slaw

Biscuits & Bread

  • Cathead Biscuits (they’re big)

  • Texas Toast

(Biscuits and toast contain gluten.)

Sauce

  • Sweet, Spicy or Carolina Vinegar by cup or pint

Pickup Rules & Notes

  • We close at 3:00 PM on Super Bowl Sunday

  • Please arrive during your selected pickup window

  • If an item sells out or needs adjusting, we’ll contact you immediately

  • Payment handled at pickup or over the phone after confirmation

Helpful Tip

For groups: plan on ½ lb of meat per person, plus sides.
